For organizations and individuals wishing to register during the Preferred Access Period, pre-qualification is required. After being successfully qualified for an .ART domain name for registration during the Preferred Access Period, a registration token will be issued to you. This token is used to authorize your registration of the domain at Webnames.ca.

The rights holder in charge of operating and selling the .ART domain is UK Creative Ideas Ltd. (UKCI), an international team based in London.

Regulated Domain

.art is a "Regulated Domain" which is subject to additional requirements mandated by ICANN.
