Updating Credit Card Info

To Update Payment Information for Existing Services

If you have a new or updated credit card to be applied toward existing services, please do the following once logged into your Webnames account:

  1. Navigate to My Account > Billing & Invoices > Manage Credit Cards
  2. Click UPDATE beside the payment information that requires updating
  3. Update the payment information, entering the new information in its entirety.
  4. Click Save when complete

Note: Each credit card entry that appears on the Manage Credit Cards page represents credit card information that was entered in at the time of purchase. The same information could have been entered into our system more than once at different times, creating redundant entries.

To Provide a Payment Information for Future Purchases

If you would like to provide credit card information for future use, please do the following once logged into your Webnames account:

  1. Navigate to My Account > Billing & Invoices > Manage Credit Cards
  2. Click ADD CREDIT CARD beside the payment information that requires updating
  3. Enter the payment information.
  4. Click Save when complete

To Delete a Credit Card

To remove a credit card so that it is no longer kept on file, do the following once logged into your Webnames account:

  1. Navigate to My Account > Billing & Invoices > Manage Credit Cards
  2. Click Delete beside the payment information that you wish to remove
NOTE: When a credit card is being used by a product or service for the purpose of Auto-Renewal, the Delete option will be greyed out. Credit card information assignments can be managed through Account -> Manage Automatic Renewals. Once a creit card is no assigned to the renewal of any products or services, it can be removed via the Delete option.
