Sections

Sections are full page-width areas of your webpage, and can contain either one, two, or three columns of Content. Each LiteSite template will start with a certain number of sections already created. You can however add or remove sections as you are designing your webpage.

Adding a new Section

A new section can be added to your webpage via the Add Section button in the top left. Choose the type of Section (Full Size, Two Panel, Sidebar or Three Panel) depending on the number of columns you would like your forthcoming Content to be laid out into

Working with Sections

A number of actions can be performed on Sections. These actions are done via the top bar that appears on each when the mouse is hovered over them.

• Add Content to a Section: To Add new Content (a text block, or new image etc), click the plus (+) button in the upper left
• Edit a Section: To edit a Section (such as changing a background image or colour), click the Edit Section button
• Move a Section: To move an entire section up or down the page, click and drag anywhere on the top bar
• Duplicate a Section: To create another instance of the same Section, click Duplicate
• Delete a Section: To delete the section entirely (including any Content it contains), click Delete
