Domain Transfers

To ensure continuity and security of both domains and hosting accounts, all domains which are associated together through a common hosting account, must also always reside within the same Webnames account.

This rule has implications that affect the transfer of domains:

1. If one or more domains, which are part of a multi-domain hosting package, change ownership (Registrant A Registrant is the individual or organization that holds the right to use a specific domain name. Transfer), then all related domains must transfer together at the same time.
2. If the domain of the Primary Hosting Account transfers away to another Registrar A domain name registrar is an organization or commercial entity that manages the reservation of Internet domain names. A domain name registrar must be accredited by a generic top-level domain (gTLD) registry and/or a country code top-level domain (ccTLD) registry. The management is done in accordance with the guidelines of the designated domain name registries and to offer such services to the public., the hosting account will be canceled and all Secondary Hosting domains parked.
