The following limits pertain to our Email Services
Email Password Requirements
| Password Requirements | Minimum 8 characters, containing both uppercase and lower case characters, as well as at least 1 numeric character |
Email Connection
| Login Attempt Lockout | 15 login attempts within 10 minutes |
| IMAP Simultaneous Connection Limit | 60 conenctions per IP address |
Email Quotas and Limits
| Storage Limit per Account | Basic & Business: 1GB Professional: 2GB Professional Plus: 10GB Professional Premium: 20GB |
| Maximum Attachment Size | 25 MB ** ** Total message size (body + attachment) cannot exceed 25MB after MIME encoding. MIME encoding is done by the mail client and typically adds 30% overhead. The functional attachment size limit is therefore approximately 20MB |
| Maximum Recipients (Addresses) per Email | 50 |
Webmail
| Webmail Inactivity Time-out | 60 minutes |
| Folder Limit | 150 - including Sent Items, Deleted Items etc. |
