Purchasing Email Accounts
To purchase email accounts for your domain:
- Log into your Webnames.ca account
- Browse to Hosting & Email > Business Email
- Choose a Plan Type and Payment Term
- Click Add to Cart
- On the following page, enter a new or existing domain, using the radio buttons on the right to select:
- To add hosting to a New Domain Name
- To add hosting to an Existing Domain which will be transferred from another Registrar to Webnames
- To add hosting to an Existing Domain from within your account (ensure you are logged into your account)
- On the quantity slider, select the total amount of email accounts needed, using the available increments
- Scroll down and click Next to proceed to the Shopping Cart
- Our Shopping Cart will then be displayed with the final total (including taxes). Enter your Credit Card information and Submit Payment.
- Once paid, you will then be able to create your additional email accounts via our Email Administration interface.
NOTE: Please note that our Email Channeling service is not compatible with traditional email services such as what is outlined above. If you have configured Email Channeling in place, it will cease to function once the above purchase is made. |
