When implementing long DNS records (beyond the RFC limit of 255 characters), one solution is to split the value across multiple records. This tactic is unnecessary on Webnames DNS, as our system will automatically split log records in a compliant fashion as needed when transmitting it to a client. Therefore long DNS records can reliably entered and stored in both our Advanced DNS and Premium DNS interfaces in their original 'long' format.
