Webnames.ca Webhosting - 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of a Webnames.ca Webhosting service, you may cancel the service within 30 days after the date on which the initial order for the cancelled service was placed, and we will offer you a refund of the fees and taxes you paid for the service, not including the fees and taxes for any domain name registrations, renewals or transfers (if applicable) or any other services (if applicable). No cancellation or processing fee will be charged.
To qualify for a refund, the cancellation request must be made by telephone by calling 1-877-221-7878 during Webnames.ca's normal business hours, and the refund request must be made at the time of cancellation. Cancellation and refund requests may not be made by email, fax or voicemail message.
Cancellation and refund requests made later than 30 days after the date on which the initial order for the cancelled service was placed are not eligible for a refund.
If the cancelled Webhosting service includes a domain name registration, renewal or transfer, the non-refundable fee for the domain name registration, renewal or transfer will be based upon Webnames.ca's then current fee schedule available on the Webnames.ca pricing page.
This 30-Day Money Back Guarantee may be used only once per person and only once per Webnames.ca account, and may not be combined with any other refund or rebate offer.
Refunds will only be made to the credit card account used to make the initial purchase of the cancelled Webhosting service. Where initial purchase was made by online banking or cheque, a refund cheque will be processed within 30 days of the refund request and issued to the name and address listed as the "Account Contact" on the Webnames.ca Account.
Refunds will not be granted in respect of accounts that are past due or services that are cancelled or terminated by Webnames.ca for non-payment or other breach of the Webnames.ca Terms of Use and Services Agreement or any applicable Supplementary Agreement.
