Adding Email to your Domain
Email accounts can be purchased for a new domain name at the time of registration or applied to a previously registered domain at a later date
Adding Email to a NEW DOMAIN REGISTRATION
Before paying, add the number of email accounts you want on the Domain Packages page.
Adding Email to a PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED DOMAIN
In your Webnames.ca account, go to "manage domains & services," then select the domain you want email services for. Go to "email settings," click the "purchase" button and choose the number of accounts you want and billing cycle.

Using Webnames.ca Email
Webnames.ca email can be used with your favourite email client, or on it's own through our feature rich Pronto! webmail or Webnames.ca standard webmail.
Flash Based Pronto! Email
If you, and your colleagues, work primarily in webmail, Flash based Pronto! is a great solution for your business. The "next generation" of webmail, Pronto! was created for small and medium sized businesses who require flexible email and time-saving collaboration tools.
Pronto! is comparable to Outlook Web Access / Hosted Exchange, but is available for free of charge with Webnames.ca email. Pronto! does require browser support of Adobe Flash.

Webnames.ca Webmail
For users who want an alternative to Flash based Pronto!, Webnames.ca's standard webmail is both flexible and powerful. Compose messages, read emails, organize folders, create an address book, set vacation messages, schedule events in a calendar and get organized with the task management tool.
Email Administration
Webnames.ca's Email Administration interface allows you to manage all the email accounts attached to your domain name. Simply login to configure email addresses for multiple individuals, select spam settings, create email aliases, manage distribution groups and update the storage for each account.
To access your Email Administration interface simply login to your Webnames.ca Account, go to 'Manage Domains and Services," click on the domain you have email services with, then go to the "Email Settings" tab.
