Contact Owner Request
Contact a domain registrant who has WebnamesTM Privacy.
WebnamesTM Privacy service blocks 100% of emails to the domain registrant, with the exception of domain registry and registrar communications. WebnamesTM Privacy never discloses contact information of a domain registrant.
If you wish to communicate with a domain registrant who has privacy, Webnames.ca can forward your email communication for a $10.00 CAD fee.
Regular mail, registered mail, couriered mail and faxes sent to WebnamesTM Services or Webnames.ca that are intended for a domain registrant with Privacy will be returned to the sender.
Instructions:
To have a communication forwarded to a domain registrant with WebnamesTM Privacy, follow the following steps:
- Download and complete: Request Form to Deliver Email Correspondence to WebnamesTM Privacy Client
- Fax the completed form to WebnamesTM Services Inc. at 604-633-3174.
If paying by cheque, please mail this form and CAD$10.50 made payable to: WebnamesTM Services Inc., 21 Water Street - 5th Floor - Vancouver, BC V6B 1A1
- Once your completed form and administrative fee payment are processed, we will send you an email containing instructions on how you should send to us the correspondence you want delivered to the registrant.
Subject to limited exceptions, all correspondence must be in the body of an email message (no attachments).
We will attempt to send your emailed correspondence to the Registrant using the administrative contact email address we have on file for the Registrant.
Note: We cannot guarantee successful delivery of your correspondence or that the Registrant will read or respond to the correspondence, and we will not provide you with any delivery confirmation or status report.
