Webnames.ca's .TEL Reseller Program helps resellers earn referral income on .TEL domain name sales. The program provides resellers a branded gateway for selling the popular new .TEL domain at great price-points while earning commissions. Resellers can choose between a one time payment of $5.00 per domain per year registered or $1.75 per domain per year for the lifetime of the registration. .TEL Reseller Program - Process Flow
Our .TEL Reseller Program centres around a customizable 3-step purchase process that is fast and simple for customers to complete. The process comprises:
- landing page that allows a name search together with product information and benefits
- Pages to collect personal information and credit card information
- Confirmation of purchase and next steps
Two options are available for the landing page:
- Customer Hosted - You host the landing page. Ideal for integrating an information and sales page on your existing website. The page must include a search box for visitors to begin a name search. Search results will be displayed on the Webnames.ca page. The purchase flow pages can accommodate limited style changes to reflect your site. Example: www.one-vancouver.com
- Webnames.ca Hosted - Host the landing page with Webnames.ca. Ideal for banner or link click throughs. Your landing page will be branded with your logo and allows some styling to match your corporate identity. Example: http://blenz.registertel.com
Resellers wishing to sell other Webnames.ca products in addition to .TEL may prefer to opt for our Co-Brand Reseller Program
Included in all .TEL Reseller Programs:
- Preferred pricing and/or commissions on .TEL domains, as specified by your Reseller Agreement
- Access to metadata on your end users
- Ability to offer purchases in U.S. or Canadian dollars
End User Experience & Communications
- All communications – payment confirmation, administrative notifications, etc. – will come from Webnames.ca, be branded with the Webnames.ca logo and contain Webnames.ca's contact details to ensure a consistent end user experience.

Step One
Contact Webnames.ca today to learn more about the .TEL Reseller Program:
Step Two
With your Account Manager, determine which .TEL Program and commission structure is right for you.
Step Three
Complete the Webnames.ca Reseller Agreement.
Step Four
Liaise with your Account Manager to complete the .TEL Reseller Configuration Form, required for implementation. If required, provide content to be incorporated into your .TEL webpage – for example, logos, images and copy.
Step Five
You will be notified once your 3-step site has been created. If you are hosting your own landing page, follow the simple integration instructions that will be provided or simply start promoting your 3-step site and begin selling domains/services to your end users and earning commissions.
Payment of Commissions
If your .TEL Reseller Program agreement includes commissions from Webnames.ca, these will be calculated and paid on a monthly basis, or as outlined in your agreement.
