Webnames.ca .tel Prepaid Card Terms and Conditions
1. Redemption.
Webnames.ca .tel Prepaid Card must be redeemed through the Webnames.ca .tel Prepaid Card website, www.totallytel.com. Each Webnames.ca .tel Prepaid Card is good for one .tel name, as determined by the purchaser during the redemption process. The Webnames.ca .tel Prepaid Card cannot be redeemed for any other products nor for cash. Webnames.ca .tel Prepaid Card cannot be returned, reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account. Webnames.ca .tel Prepaid Card are issued by Webnames.ca Inc.
2. Our Policies.

3. Risk of Loss.
The risk of loss and title for Webnames.ca .tel Prepaid Card passes to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. If a Webnames.ca .tel Prepaid Card is lost, stolen or damaged, a replacement Webnames.ca .tel Prepaid Card will be issued upon presentation of evidence of purchase (subject to a $5.95 replacement fee), and upon our confirmation that the original Webnames.ca .tel Prepaid Card has not been used. Store this card securely. If it is used by someone else, we cannot be responsible.
4. Fraud.
We have the right to refuse the redemption of the original Webnames.ca .tel Prepaid Card voucher number if we believe a fraudulently obtained Webnames.ca .tel Prepaid Card is being used to obtain (or attempt to obtain) a .tel name.
5. Limitation of Liability.
Webnames.ca INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO Webnames.ca .tel Prepaid Card, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL Webnames.ca Inc. (OR ITS AFFILIATES) BE LIABLE UNDER THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ANY (I) INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE), OR (II) AMOUNTS IN THE AGGREGATE IN EXCESS OF THE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE APPLICABLE Webnames.ca .tel Prepaid Card. IN THE EVENT A Webnames.ca .tel Prepaid Card CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND Webnames.ca Inc. SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH Webnames.ca .tel Prepaid card. CERTAIN STATE OR PROVINCIAL LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
6. General Terms.
When you redeem a Webnames.ca .tel Prepaid Card you agree that the laws of the Province of British Columbia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Webnames.ca .tel Prepaid Card Terms & Conditions. Webnames.ca Inc. reserves the right to change these Term & Conditions from time to time at its discretion. The Terms & Conditions that apply to your purchase of a Webnames.ca .tel Prepaid Card will be the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of such purchase.
