Supplementary Agreement which may apply to
.com, .org, .net, .info, .biz, .ws, .cc, .tv, and .co Domain Names and SSL certificates
Effective June 21, 2010

Interpretation. For all Services (including Domain Name registrations and renewals) provided by Webnames.ca relating to domain names registered or proposed to be registered in the .com, .org, .net, .info, .biz, .ws, .cc, .tv, and .co domains, the Webnames.ca Terms of Use and Services Agreement (available by clicking here) and this Supplementary Agreement together constitute and are referred to as the “Agreement”. If there is a conflict between this Supplementary Agreement and the Webnames.ca Terms of Use and Services Agreement, then this Supplementary Agreement will govern.
- Powered by Register.com. Webnames.ca provides you with digital certificates and may provide you with domain name renewals of .com, .org, .net, .info, .biz, .ws, .cc, .tv, and .co
domain names through Register.com.

Register.com Agreements.
Digital certificates and the renewal of a .com, .org, .net, .info, .biz, .ws, .cc, .tv, or .co Domain Name through Webnames.ca is subject to the Webnames.ca Terms of Use and Services Agreement and each of the following agreements mandated by Register.com:

the Register.com Master Services Agreement, which is available by clicking here

the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy, which is available by clicking here
or online at: http://www.register.com/policy/dispute.rcmx; and

the Register.com .co Terms and Conditions (applicable to .co domain names only), which is available by clicking
here
or online at: http://www.register.com/policy/co_agreement.rcmx.

Acceptance of Agreement.
By submitting an application for the registration or renewal of a .com, .org, .net, .info, .biz, .ws, .cc, .tv, or .co Domain Name through Webnames.ca, you unconditionally accept and agree to the Agreement, which is comprised of the Webnames.ca Terms of Use and Services Agreement and each of the agreements mandated by Register.com specified above, and includes all policies and terms and conditions incorporated in the Agreement by reference.
